Boss Geraint Williams will see his side step up their pre-season preparations once again on Saturday as they travel to Dagenham & Redbridge this weekend.

The U's will take a full strength squad to Victoria Road, although Steven Gillespie and Phil Ifil will both miss out. Gillespie is suffering again with a tight thigh, whilst Ifil is being rested following his summer appendix operation.

The Daggers game begins the second half of pre-season and Geraint will soon be considering his options for his starting eleven against Hartlepool United on August 9th, so Saturday's game will make interesting viewing.
