U's midfielder Neil Danns was the latest player to appear on SGR Colchester's morning show - and he promised that his famous afro will be on show against Torquay!

Neil Danns visited Lou and Iain and answered all their questions about the weekend game against Hartlepool.

For Take On Me, Neil had tough competition from Heather in Highwoods but he held on to win 4-1 and keep up the lads' winning record to date. That said, he did get the question about himself wrong!

As the morning drew on, there was a burning question Lou wanted to ask:- 'Would Dannsy be sporting his famous afro for the last home game of the season against Torquay?'.

It was confirmed live on SGR that if that's what the fans wanted then yes he would have his afro back - time to order those wigs!

At 9 o'clock, Lou and Iain got Dannsy involved in Guess The Year - would he be able to do better impressions than Kem Izzet and Sam Stockley?!

Neil and Iain took a scene from Dumb & Dumber and it was spot on in Lou's opinion - even if the listeners couldn't guess it! You'll be able to see the U's midfielder make his acting debut on U's World later on Friday!

Despite Lou and Iain making Dannsy embarass himself he had a really good morning and did eventually stop yawning just in time for training!
