As the season comes to a close, the U's already have one eye on the future.
The bar has been raised by the first team this season with a stunning debut season in the Championship as the club has reached their highest ever league position.

With the bar having been raised by the first team this season, the Youth Development department are looking to raise all standards in the recruitment and coaching of young players.
With this in mind, the department is looking to recruit new assistant coaches and head coaches to work with the players at the Centre of Excellence.
More importantly, we are also looking for people involved in youth football to apply to become Talent ID Officers for the club.
Help us to uncover the next Greg Halford or Lomana Tresor Lua Lua!! There are many fans out there who can help with this long term process.
If you are interested in coaching - you must have your FA Level 3 or be working towards gaining this qualification.
